Happy Star Wars Day, everyone! What is Star Wars Day? May 4th is a day to celebrate all things Star Wars . "May the Fourth Be With You" is a play on the iconic phrase from the movies "May the force be with you".
As a celebration, I have provided these fun body weight exercises -no equipment is needed.

There are different rep amounts for you to complete based on your ability level. If you have any questions on how to change (modify) an exercise, please do not hesitate to reach out. Example a plank can be altered by dropping your knees to the ground.
